1. Services
AeroBlueprint Imaging provides drone photography, FPV video tours, and aerial media services for real estate, commercial properties, and businesses across the UK. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed once a written agreement or deposit has been received.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to poor weather or airspace restrictions.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
- If we cancel due to weather or technical issues, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
3. Drone Regulations
All drone operations are conducted in compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions from property owners or tenants before filming takes place. AeroBlueprint Imaging reserves the right to refuse flights in restricted or unsafe environments.
4. Use of Media
- Final images and videos are delivered in digital format.
- AeroBlueprint Imaging retains copyright of all content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
- We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio, website, or social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Payments
- Full payment is due within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
- Prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
6. Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions, AeroBlueprint Imaging is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, technical failures, or restricted airspace
- Property damage or personal injury not directly caused by our negligence
- Loss of data once media has been delivered to the client
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Ensure the location is safe and accessible
- Notify nearby individuals or occupants of the filming
- Obtain permission for indoor or restricted access areas
8. Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
